BTCB British Championships 6/7 Sept,Manchester

Congratulations are in order !Rebecca Shooter from the True Spirit fight team won a silver medal at the recent National Competition and a big weldone to the whole team for their efforts at the weekend Richard Rathod, Jack Lockwood, unfortunately Sophie Vickerson fell ill and had to pull out.

The next event is the Ultimate Championships in October see Mark for details.

Taekwondo at the Olympics

Congratulations to Sarah Stevenson on her achievement - winning a bronze medal in Beijing after a difficult day. And well done to Michael Harvey and Aaron Cook who both fought well and just missed out on chances to compete for medals as well.

Who will be going for gold in 2012?
