Welcome to Troop 428 in Powell, Ohio!             We are a boy-led troop of 98 scouts, sponsored by Liberty Presbyterian Church in Powell, Ohio. We are a proud member of the Delaware District,  Simon Kenton Council, BSA. We offer a varied, exciting outdoor program (selected each year by our senior scouts). Featured are events like camping, backpacking, canoeing, cycling, hiking, shooting, rafting, skiing, caving and fishing. Each year, two memorable events are selected, usually involving trips out of state. To challenge and motivate older scouts and to give something for new scouts to look forward to, we offer a high adventure activity each summer. Our scouts both plan and participate in numerous service projects each year. The troop meets Liberty Presbyterian Church, 7080 Olentangy River Rd. at 7 pm every Monday (except the 2nd Monday of each month, which is reserved for  Patrol Leaders' meeting).
