Tags:                         We will be using the initial system on tags.  Breed and gender on the front, models name and your 3 initials on the back.  Models will be put into the ring with tag front side up (breed/gender).  Judges will not turn over tags for you, tags with name/initial up will be disqualified from being judged.  Please make sure you check your tags and please write clearly, it makes the scribs job much easier!!

Show rules:              Show management reserves the right to split large classes or combine small classes.  All judges' decisions are final.  Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.  Anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to leave without refund.  Please do not talk to judges while they are judging and stay back from the show tables while they are being judged.  Judges will be happy to answer any question after the class is judged.  Do not pick up or touch anyone's models without permission.  No alcohol, smoking, live animals, radios, etc.  Please listen carefully for announcements as we will have a few rings running at the same time, classes will be called for at least twice.

Breed Halter:           Models will be judged on conformation and breed standards, ie: how well the model conforms to the specified breed standards, emphasis being placed on the correctness of their breed and gender 75%, finish 25%, however, Breyer Connoisseur and Stone Factory CM will be judged 50% on  breed and 50% on finish and customization. Large rubs, cracks etc. should not be shown.  Models may be touched up to hide rubs and flaws, but it will be up to the judge if the model is properly restored.  No alterations/additions or removal of paint is allowed.  No finish enhancers and no gloss to eyes/hooves etc.

Performance:           Please have your first performance entry tacked before the show as performance will be starting first thing in the morning, there will be at least five minutes between performance classes.  Props are required for the following: hunter/jumper, trail, games and stock work.  Models will be judged on their appropriateness for the tasks they are performaning (40%), correctness of tack (30%),  props and appearance (30%), these models are not judged on their finish.  Please do not plan to cross over between halter/performance and english/western.

Foals:                       Foals show in their respective foal classes only.

Don't forget to stop by Dee's Model Horses for all your New & Discontinued Breyer and occasional SR Stone Model horses.
