Car-Mel's Bulldogs guarantees puppy to be in excellent health and condition when purchased. Puppy has received all appropriate shots and wormings. Buyer agrees to take puppy to a licensed vet within 72 hours of receiving puppy. It is to your advantage to do so. A copy of the health check must be emailed or faxed to me by 7 pm on the 3rd day. Failing to do so will void this 72 hour guarantee. If within that 72 hrs, your vet finds a life-threatening problem, you must contact seller immediately, and have written findings from the vet. If the puppy passes away unexpectedly in the year, buyer will pay for an autopsy, and the report will then be sent to my vet for a full evaluation before getting a replacement puppy. Seller is not responsible for any vet charges, including-spaying/neutering, all meds, preventatve or antibiotics, surgeries, autopsies, blood testing, xrays, etc.
Seller is not responsible for the normal breed problems or any minor breed related issues, such as: cherry eye,any entropias, eyelid surgery (upper & lower) elongated palate, inverted tail or curly tail, respiratory or skin problems of any kind. Because hip, elbow, and knee displasias can be a result of environmental issues such as lack of proper nutrition, exercise, floor surface or being allowed to jump or fall, seller will not guarantee the previous diplasias.
Buyer understands that Car-Mel's Bulldogs will not be responsible for minor bacterial infections that can be cotracted during shipping such as diarrhea, coccidia,giardia and kennel cough. These are easily treated and are picked up during shipping. They are brought on by stress and moving to a new home.
Full AKC registration is given to the buyer. Male puppies are guaranteed to have 2 descended testicles, but fertility of male and female puppies cannot be guaranteed.
The buyer releases Car-Mel's Bulldogs together with Reason and Melissa & Kevin Carmichael as owner/operator of their estate from any liabilities and/or death by fault of the puppy after the time of sale. These damages include, but are not limited to, any person or group of people or structure by puppy. Any legal action must take place in the county and state in which the seller resides at the time of legal action.
This contract is valid for the original owner only. Upon transfer of the puppy to another person, this contract and guarantee becomes void.
Buyer agrees he/she has researched the bulldog breed and understands all requirements of owning, raising, and caring for a bully puppy!!! Seller highly recommends using the Royal Canine Med. Breed puppy food, and then on the the Bulldog once they become one year old. Seller would also like to recommend that you continue the use of the NU-Vet vitamins.
