You MUST join Trial Oz Dogs BEFORE you try and add your Dog(s) Profile.
At this stage only the Administrators can change any details on the dog(s) profile so please keep your records up to-date!
This membership is for the sole purpose of Obedience Trialers and Obedience Title Holders who have pedigree dog(s) who want to showcase there dog's achievements on our site via our Breed Dog Profiles or Current Title Holders, we also are catering for the 'Past Achievers' who have left the mark in the History Books within the Australian Obedience Scene.
Our Conditions
- To add any Dog(s) to the Current Title Holders or Dog(s) Profile you MUST be current financial members of their state Controlling Body of the ANKC.
- If want to add your Dog(s) Profile in the 'Past Tributes' You DO NOT have to be a current member of the ANKC, the Dog(s) must have either retired or deceased for a period of 12 months or more.
- Potential members must not have had any complaint made against them for any act of cruelty or neglect of their dogs.
- Any information that is entered into our membership system must be accurate (to the best of your knowledge) and must not be misleading in any way.
- Membership is for your sole use only. You cannot for example, include a dog profile on behalf of another person. They need to get their own membership. (If they do not have Internet access, we will post out a Membership Form with a Trial Oz Dog(s) profile form) Contact us to post the forms required out to you.
- By becoming a member, you agree to keep your details current (especially your email address).
- To be eligible to have a Dog(s) profile, the dog(s) MUST have gained a Title of C.C.D or higher - NO Exceptions!
- As this site is dedicated to the promotion of Obedience Title holders, the recognition and details of other Titles other than Obedience will be recorded for O.C's as the exception, only the year of the other Titles will be published NO Exceptions!
- It is the dog(s) owners choice to have their scores published on their dog(s) profile.
- If your dog is Co-owned by a Kennel Prefix a written letter MUST be supplied by Kennel Prefix (other Co-owners) for permission to Publicly display in Breed Profile.
- All Photo's submitted MUST already have a © stamp, we will not publish any photo's without a copyright stamp on.
(If the photo does not have a © Trial Oz Dogs will put a © stamp before we publish photo)
- If there is any dispute of whether a dog can appear on the site or not, the current registered owner (as per the registration certificate) will have final say, we will require a copy of the registered papers via email or post.
- Multiple memberships of this site is not permitted.
- If your dog has been deemed aggressive and you have a profile up at the time, that dog's profile will be taken down until the dog in question has been reinstated by the ANKC, NO exceptions.
- Under NO certain terms are you to advertise puppies for sale on any Dog Profile, a link has been set up to direct potential customers/owners to your kennel site only.
- If you use the Website link, you MUST have that particular dog(s) on your web site. With that in mind you agree to put up our link Trial Oz Dogs on your website.
- All your information is for our records only, and WILL NOT be passed onto any third parties.
Providing all your information is correct we should NOT get into any heated correspondence.
Remember this is a FREE service
