Paul Jolliff
| BREAKING NEWS The Indianapolis firefighters Local 416 has become the Primary Sponsor for the 2010 Louisville IRONMAN Thank you to all for making this possible and kicking off our fundraisng efforts. Welcome to the Tri4Paul home page. My name is Jerry Richert and I am a firefighter and public safety diver for the Franklin Township Fire Department in Indianapolis Indiana. In 2007, I completed the Great Floridian iron distance triathlon in honor of my friend Paul Jolliff (the video is on the left of your screen). Paul lost his life in a dive training accident with his fire department. In 2010 I will be competing in the Ford Ironman in Louisville, Kentucky to raise funds for the International Association of Dive Rescue Specialists (IADRS). These funds will be used to help the IADRS continue to provide annual conferences. These conferences provide Public Safety Divers from around the country a forum to learn about new standards and procedures, and a place to network with others in their profession. This vital link has no doubt contributed to saving lives by providing quality speakers and safe diving practices. The IADRS is a not for profit organization and would appreciate any donation to help further their cause. You can access how to donate on our How you can help page. I hope you find this website both fun and informative. It contains our story and purpose in detail. Thank you for all who have supported us to date! God Bless! Jerry |
