Tregoegan Bed and Breakfast

Tregoegan bed and breakfast is a charming period cottage full of character. With its original beams, cosy log burning fires and antique furniture you will be made to feel comfortable and at home here.  Camping in the gardens is also available in small numbers.

Tregoegan is situated in its own acre of privately enclosed gardens which won a wildlife award only last year (more information here).

 We are approximately one mile from the popular watersports beach 'Rhosneigr' where watersports equipment such as canoes are available to rent. Windsurfing and kite surfing lessons can be booked or your own equipment can be used. There are numerous cafes and restaurants serving food to suit most tastes as well as shops and pubs. Other beautiful sandy 'blue flag' beaches such as, Newborough and Aberffraw are within a close proximity.

Those wishing to explore a little further may wish to visit Beaumaris or Caernarfon which both hold castle ruins, shops, and restaurants or the mountain range of Snowdonia (the largest mountain in Wales) where you may walk or catch a train to the peak and enjoy the splendid views of North Wales. 

Lleyn Peninsula is a short distance away from Snowdonia.

There are numerous activities available on the breathtaking island of Anglesey including: beach horse riding, golf, childrens petting farms, fishing, watersports (kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, sailing), walking, shopping, cycling and motor racing. We have been complimented on out hearty traditional breakfasts, made from fresh local produce, which are sure to fill you for the day whether you are here to explore or simply relax. Vegetarian alternatives and evening meals can be arranged however we do ask that any special requirements such as these are given to us with notice to ensure we are equipped.

Rhosneigr, just minutes away boasts superb panoramic mountain and coast views.  Local attractions include excellent bathing, sandy beaches, boating, sea and lake windsurfing, sea and freshwater fishing as well as licenced restaurants and bars.  There is a riding centre within a few minutes as well as Anglesey Golf Club.  The village has ample shopping amenities, a railway station and a local bus service.
