Welcome to the website of Trefil RFC, we are currently the WDRU Champions, Gwent Premier League Champions and Cyrus Davis Cup holders.  The team are currently coached by Martyn Aplin and Mark Fleet,both of whom have played at first class level. 

As of  the 18th December 2004 the club is proud to announce that club stalwart Mike "Benny" Phillips is to take over as team manager, good luck Benny!! 

The present club captain is outside half  David Kearney. His vice captain is prop Mathew Jones 

This site will hold all the team news for the season 2004-2005 as well as fixtures, results, and any injury news.

Any player who wishes to train with the team training takes place on a Tuesday & Thursday at 6p.m. at Tredegar Leisure Centre.

The final is to be played on April 23rd 2005 at the Millenium Stadium.  How are the WRU keeping us out of their League Structure.
