Organisation Structure:
TREEM Executives, Management Structure and Referees:
The management structure of our Organization consists of two main organs: the board of Trustees and Executive board. The board of Trustees makes policy decisions of the organization and demands the report of the activities of the secretariat from the executive board. The boards of Trustees members are two in number headed by the Chairman board of Trustees who also serve as the president. They are;

The Executive Board; The executive board of our organization sees to the daily affairs of the secretariat. The executive board members are five in number, headed by the Zonal Secretary . The Executive board work together with The board of Trustees in decision making and seting up policies of the Organization, and they implements the decisions of the Organisation and submits the report of their activities to the Chairman, board of Trustees. The executive board is accountable to the board of Trustees. The executive board members are members of the organization that are holding positions in the organization to see to the running of the organisation’s affairs. The following are the current members of the executive board:

We have 17 working staff in our organization, some are volunteers.
