I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself.
My name is Louetta, but most everyone calls me Louie. I live in a small southern Ohio town in the USA. I am retired, after more than 32 years of working as a telecommunication supervisor and claim specialist . I now am acting as office manager, and helper for my husbands privately owned business with flexible hours which I love. I am a Christian, a Wife, a Mother and a Grandmother.
Life has taken me down many roads and the most important thing I have learned is, it is not the destination but the journey along the way that brings joy and fulfillment to life.
My hobbies and interests are varied, with most leaning towards creative & artistic endeavors. They range from flower gardening and landscaping to hand crafts, needlework, sewing,, sketching & oil painting, just to mention a few.
I love working with my hands and my joy comes from making something out of nothing & watching it unfold before my eyes.
Reborning & Newborning are my newest passion. I’ve been doing Reborning for about 2 years now and have developed a deep love for this 3 D art form. Reborning blends my love of babies and children, and love of art and creating. It is an evolving art that started some years ago and is constantly changing and improving.
The art of Reborning has brought so much fulfillment and enjoyment to my life, not just in creating a lasting work of art, but also in the wonderful people that I’ve met along my journey. My circle of friends which was once limited to my little corner of the world, now stretches to cover not only my country, but most of the world. I am very proud to call these wonderful reborn doll artist, sculptors, and collectors alike, my friends.
It is such a joy to see these dolls become so lifelike right in my hands! I strive for perfection and realism in my art and am very proud of my ‘babies’. Each one takes on it’s own personality, much like a real baby, no two are ever alike.
I use only top quality products and supplies in the creation of my babies. A great deal of time, effort, and love go into creating each reborn or newborn.
They are a one of a kind collectable to be treasured and cherished;
