Welcome to My World 

My name is Loren Aedan, and I am a transman going to college in the North Carolina mountains.  I'm just starting the transitioning process with amazing support from my mom, stepdad, and my incredible friends.  I always knew I was transgendered, but I only admitted it to myself and friends in 2006. Since then, I've been keeping a journal of all the good times and the bad times, and now I think it's time to share some pieces of this journey with whoever wants to be a part of it.  I will constantly be updating this site with photos, hopefully some voice clips, journal entries, links, and quotes that have inspired me along the way.  I hope that this will be an educational site for people who are wanting to learn more about the transitioning process as well as for people who have no idea what it means to be transgendered.  And more than that, I hope that by sharing my experiences, I can help someone else along their journey because it can often be overwhelming, and it's very easy to feel alone along the way.  You're going to get to know me very well through this site, so I hope you're ready.  Thanks for visiting, and come back again.
