4/6/09- Ponies faired the winter well, now time to get back to some serious work. I have alot of time open to take on training horses and lessons so if you need either give me a call! 360-951-8247
Unfotunately I also have some bad news. "Whiskey" (Potentially Blazing) just turned two and I am sad to reveal he is a Crypt-orchid and will be gelded when funds are available. At some point he will be offered for sale to a competitive home only. I would love to see this phenomoenal colt end up in the care of a competitive youth or amateur who wants an excellent bred WP prospect to take them where they want to go. I will be very picky about where this guy ends up, he is extremely special to me. May trade for an equally well bred Stud prospect.
10/09/08- It's that time of year again. Time to empty our pocket books to feed our beloved horses. Things have been rather busy lately! I've been lending my time to a local Icelandic horse ranch and am enjoying it greatly. Watch for an update, as we hope to have a website up for the farm soon and will have many horses available for sale. In the mean time, bundle up! It's getting cold out there! Smile, and remember how much you love your horse and how he/she is worth every penny. Horses are medicine for the Soul.
9/03/08-Currently re-couping from the Fair! PV (Cuatro Dustin-client horse) and Lady/Lena (BJS Lady Queenolena-client horse) were at the Kittitas Couny Fair all week long. They both did GREAT, especially for their first show, first stall and many other first experiences.
PV took the show! Winning her 2 and 3yo mares class, Grand Ch. Mares, AND Best in Show! We are very very proud of our lil girl! Next step is saddle training, PV will be started, lightly, in the next week or two. Watch for this filly in Western Pleasure at open and AQHA shows soon!
Lady only had herself to compete with, however we recieved numerous compliments from the judge and passer-bys. We have high hopes for this filly in the years to come.
Both fillies are currently offered For Sale. See Client page.
6/30/08- Beware of the heat! At 105 in Ellensburg today riding/working is on hold. Keep your animals cool and have fresh water available at all times this heat can kill.
4/14/08- "Whiskey" 08 Stud Colt (Potentially Blazing) will be entered in his first show! I will be showing him in 2 and UNder Colt and Gelding Halter in EWQHA's Open Schooling SHow. No points for this show but it will be an experience for our new boy! I will also be showing my lesson horse "Kayce" in Halter, Showmanship, Western P., English P. and Trail Come By and see us!
