This is the New Milton Parkour Crew's home page. We are traceurs who have picked up free-running extremly quickly and hone our skills in various areas including vaults, balance, wall moves and flips. We practice in all types of areas such as urban, surburban and forest. So far our crew includes a small group of people in year 11 who attend Arnewood school.
