Welcome to yet another month of mayhem at Lay & Toya's House.
We really are trying to fix some of the things that have taken place on the
forum, for all of you that really are true members of the forum and the site
(With all of its malfunctions and technical difficulties) you know exactly who and
what I'm talking about. This goes the same for The Board!
where certain people need to get called out and put on blast for their
stupidity...just remember that it could be anyone!! We don't personally blast off
on peeps just because...we're just an equal opportunity dream crushing vehicle
for the stupid! Please don't let that be you! Lol. So with that being said, I'll
go ahead and start the newsletter features of this month.

LATH Community Update:
Well we're still looking for great people to help run our great forums!
If for some reason, you would be interested please fill out the following form on
the LATH community page BY CLICKING HERE
Here are The following Positions and rules that need to be followed by staff:
- Creative Team: they will be instructed by the VP in what the layout for the
forum should look like and its function. They will be responsible for making
banners, avatars, icons, buttons, etc. for the forum.
- Street Team: They will be instructed by the VP in ways to promote the forum as
well as where to go to promote the forum. Materials will be given by the creative team.
- General Staff: Mods & co-VP's will report to the VP on what their duties will
be.
- VP's will delegate as well as choose who the mods, street team and creative team
will be. as well as recruiting these individuals.
- VP's are responsible for reporting to the admin, who has the absolute power of
the forum and its mission. The VP is responsible for the execution of ideas and
plans made by the admin at all times. Failure to do so will result in termination
of your account as well as being banned from the forum.
- Mods are responsible for recruiting Street team and the maintenance of the
forum.
- Mods are allowed to delete threads by members that are inappropriate for the
forum.
- Mods are responsible for keeping tabs on special events on the forum as well as
being understudies for the VP in the event that the VP and admin aren't
available, there should be a temporary VP (an advanced Mod) that can do the job.

Where Are They Now (Part 1)
This month we've taken it upon ourselves to do the hard work for all of you major
music heads who've like many often wondered...Where are they now?
Zhane- Last Spotted (Jean The Darker Complected girl) Speaking at John Jay
High
School in Brooklyn about the music industry and about the group. Apparently,
they two aren't speaking to one another and the group is dismantled. You can also
catch her making cameo appearances in videos such as Musiq's "forthenite" or
Kindred's "Far Away" along side other neo soul artist like Jill Scott,
India.Aire, and Aries.
702- Latest Single: "I Still Love You" featuring Pharrell Latest Album:
Star
Member Meelah is now back up singing for Faith Evans as well as being
managed by the platinum songstress. While singer Misha who ended up pregnant and
married in the group by the end of their second album and by the release of the
groups third album the group dismantled and this is just another sad story of a
great group ruined by pregnancy!!
Janet Jackson's Body- Last Seen very exposed at the super bowl & followed
by
video's for her Latest Album: Damita Jo. Now you can catch those droopy ass tits
and flabby ass all over the net, preferably at your local gossip network!
Lil Mo- Recently signed to Cash Money Records like label mate Teena Marie,
She
has yet to release a CD. However several songs have hit radio playlists across
the country and she gave birth to her new baby girl God'dis Love.
Jojo- Now accompanied by fellow white rocker Ashley Parker Angel of O-Town
fame,
Jojo's latest single "Baby Its You" featuring Bow Wow was a hit with Pop and Hip
hop heads last summer. This year you can catch miss Jojo in a new movie called
"Aquamarine" which should be out this March. Check that out!

Entertainment Check: Movie & Video Director Extrodinaire Hype Williams
Guess Who's Making a BOLD Comeback...
Before Benny Boom, Jessy Terrero, Chris Robinson and while Mr. X was still
"Little" known, There was director to the stars Hype Williams, The innovator
of
the music video. You cant tell me that these cats out now, especially X
wasn't
tryna snatch the briefly empty throne of Sir Williams?
He's The man behind my favorite video ever and probably yours, Busta Rhymes'
"What's It Gonna Be" Which featured Pop Icon Janet Jackson. His accomplished
accolades of being one of Hip Hops premeire visual hitmen.
He even directed the craziest movie of all time (no not Scarface people), "Belly"
which for all of you who don't know starred Hip Hops finest Nas, DMX, Method Man,
T-Boz and a host of others. I guess its safe to say that Hypes the man!
So he's been gone for a while and theres been a slew of directors that've come
out of the huge shadows of Hype Such as the new front man of videos Little X,
AKA, Mr. X and now AKA well... Just X. He too followed in the footsteps of Hype
and studied his technique as a result becoming one of the A-List Directors to go
to during the new millenium, but there was still something missing.
Like X, who's known for closing and opening the margins of his videos, Hype has
come up with a revolutionary way of now watching your music videos. He's created
and known for adding video to the top and bottom margins of the screens so
instead of the regular old black wide screen video, you have the pleasure of
Video in video in video!!! What a way to be entertained.

The LATH Correspondent Could Be You!
Lay & Toya's House is looking to step up our game just a little bit by holding a
contest for correspondents for the site. They will be working exclusively for the
sites newsletter news/gossip network. Meaning you should be able to execute
asking and getting the answers that we want to know about the person or thing at
hand. This also means you need to have networking skills, meaning knowing how to
build relationships with people who have connections with celebs or people in
places of power to get raw, exclusive statements and articles for our site.
Building the credibility of LATH is what the owners do. We want to get the
exclusive breaking news to you first, and never feel like we are any less
credible than the next news and gossip source on the internet.
So if you feel like you have the passion and the drive to do what it takes to be
the next correspondent of Lay & Toya's House and it's sister forums and sites
then you can enroll in the contest by emailing Toya with all of your online experiences
as well as general information about you that we'd need to know.

So its clearly understood that Lay & Toya's House is the prime place for

looks very
unorganized and unprofessional for us. So please keep that there!

Hopefully, you had a nice fall while we were closed and if you visited us while we were at The Board!
I still want to encourage that you stull visit The Board! and check it out.
Its really hot and I put my all in it!
But its all about LATH, and we are back to raise hell and destroy each artist one by one!!
Ok, I was just joking, but we all know exactly what Im talking about- I like to raise hell

Why make a site?
Well I suppose thats a good question since,
I didn't feel like we needed one, but my older sister thought that it was a great idea for Laya
and I to collaborate on a full length website that contained archives to expose our friendly artists
in the music industry as well as serve the public with daily doses of news.
There are plenty of sites that serve the same purpose as this one,
However, LATH is notorious for personally attacking not only lame artists for their lameness but
lame people for their obnoxious lameness!!
If your a lame, then this buds for YOU!! LOL
Well I suppose this would be the conclusion of my little
