Welcome to Townsville Pistol Club in Tropical North Queensland, Australia. Site of the 2000 Australian Handgun Championships.
All shooting disciplines are practiced at TPC, with organised competition held on Saturday Afternoons, Sunday Mornings and Wednesday Nights. See the Calender for further more information.
Visitors are always welcome and there are accredited instructors available to allow you to "Have a Go".
We have fourteen shooting ranges, from 25 metres to 200 metres with pneumatic turning targets on the 25m and 50m ranges. Plates, and a moving target are also available. Most of the ranges have ample shade at the firing line.
Facilities at the TPC include showers, toilets and electricity. There is a chilled water dispenser, a boiling water urn for tea or coffee and soft drinks for sale. Canteen facilities are available for competition shoots.
