Our Villa is available to rent, the Villa is in Los Altos area just on the outskirts of Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain.

We hope you will choose to book our Villa for your holiday, and you have a wonderful time.

Our Villa can be booked by the day, weekend, week, fortnight or longer, as with anything the longer you stay the better the deal. For normal Rental we have tried to keep the rental charges for the Villa, fair. The rental is for the Villa not per person, so with six people staying the rental is the equivalent of about £6.50 per person per day. If you wish to rent for more than three weeks please contact us, as we can give discounts to the published rental prices.

Please have a look around this site, It contains information on the Villa, the Rental charges, Los Altos,and Torrevieja.  So far I only have a few photographs of the Villa, will update it with new photographs of Torrevieja, and the local beaches when I get a chance, hopefully the information here will help to make your holiday more enjoyable.

This is the front of the Villa, across the road is an Orange & Lemon grove, which Torrevieja 'council' have stated cannot be removed for development, so the Villa is situated in a peaceful area just on the outskirts of Torrevieja, but near enough to the Pubs and Clubs. €1 bus to Torrevieja Town Centre, €6 Taxi. 

 This is part of the communal gardens the Villa, and anyone who rents it, enjoy.  Unfortunatly this picture was taken at the end of Torrevieja's summer hence the parched looking grass.  But at least it shows Torrevieja and Los Altos gets good weather.
