Cancellation Policy:
Your order must be cancelled within 72 hours of payment, for a full refund of purchase price. This is the responsiblity of the buyer to make contact ASAP. As such, Tormented Technology will wait 72 hours before beginning to build your computer during this time. If an order is cancelled after 72 hours from the time the payment, but before the computer is delievered, the buyer will be responsible for a 25% return/restocking fee. Once shipped/delivered, the order can not be cancelled.
Return Policy:
All parts are covered by the manufacturers' warranties, and as such, all defects/DOAs must be reported to the manufacturer. The buyer will be provided with an invoice/warranty paperwork (manuals, UPC codes, and etc...) included with your shipment, for verification by the manufacturer. The item(s) should be returned to the manufacturer. If found defective/DOA by the manufacturer's technical support department. The manufacturer may issue an RMA request. (at the manufacturer's discretion)
Shipping Policy:
All prices will include a flat UPS ground shipping rate of 60.00 for PCs, other items may and will differ will be noted. If the buyer wants another method of shipping, please email us before you place your order, and we will adjust the price that you are charged. UPS ground (around 4-7 days). The time frame for shipping depends on the method chosen. Once the package leaves Tormented Technology, UPS will be responsible for your package arriving on time. Tormented Technology has no control over shipping, only guarantees that the computer will be shipped within 7-14 days of receiving payment. In most cases, the item will be shipped sooner than that; the 7-14 days is an estimate. To give enough time to order any extra parts if needed, and or if not in stock to build your computer.
Local Pickup
No shipping fee is charged on local pickup orders. If you wish to pick up your computer locally in the Tri State area. The buyer needs to contact us before you place your order, to notify us that you want local pickup. Tormented Technology will not charge the shipping fee. Buyer must give us contact infomation to allow us to notify the buyer when the system is completed. Also so we can arrange a time and place for pickup.
