Tori's China Trip

       In the middle of August I got a letter that said I had been nominated to be a Student Ambassador to China next summer! I can not put into words how excited I was! I attended the information meeting to learn more about the program, and after that my heart was set on going. Once I sent in my application I was scheduled to have an interview with my delegation leader as well as four other students I would be traveling with. The interview went smoothly and I was pretty confident that I would be accepted. The day after my interview I got an email saying that I had been accepted and would in fact be traveling to China in 2007.
