     We are a small family owned kennel that takes pride in their dogs and puppies. We are a licensed kennel by the state of Pennsylvania.  We are currently raising Olde English Bulldogges.  All dogs are family raised around children and other animals.   We offer a one year guarantee, contract  has been added, this explains all guarantees.   All puppies are up to date on shots and wormings and are vet checked before going to their new homes.  We are located in a small town called Allenwood, It is a country town in Pennsylvaina.  We do ship at buyers expense and pups can not ship until they are at least 8 weeks of age.   We register our dogs with the  CKC, and IOEBA.

                    Notice about deposits!!!

DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. DEPOSITS MAY BE TRANSFERABLE ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING EVENTS -- SEX OF PUP YOU REQUESTED IS NOT PRODUCED, NO PUPS ARE PRODUCED, NOT ENOUGH PUPS ARE PRODUCED TO COVER YOUR PICK, PUP CHOSEN DIES OR DEVELOPS HEALTH PROBLEMS BEFORE 8 WEEKS OF AGE.

DEPOSITS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE BECAUSE OF COLOR, LOOK OR BUILD. DEPOSITS CONSIST OF ANY AND ALL MONIES PAID PRIOR TO PUPS BEING 6 WEEKS OF AGE. BALANCE ON PUP IS DUE AT 6 WEEKS OF AGE, if flying and 8 weeks if picking up in person.  If you decide after a deposit has been made that you can no longer purchase a puppy you forfeit any and all monies paid on that pup, sorry but there are NO exceptions.
