Hello, and may I welcome you for joining the second stage of our website. To get started I would like to quote Elanor Roosevelt, "The Future Belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." You are probably wondering what this quote means. Take a few minutes to think about it. You can even write it on a piece of paper if you want. Done Thinking? Good. This was only a warm up to get your body working. Don't you just love surprises? In any case, now that you are back on board let us continue.

Based on the title you can probably guess that we will be talking about the surprises in a business, and boy are there many! First make a list of what you thinking what the definition of a surprise is. Done? If you created a good definition it should be somewhere along the lines of: "To encounter suddenly or unexpectedly; take or catch unaware." Once you have made the corrections on your original definition make a list of the surprises that you think you will find in a business. After you have finished review what you have written. You probably listed something about bankruptcy, partners not paying, debts, banks, loans, etc. Words such as these will kill the hell out of you unless you keep these conditions under control. I cannot specify enough that you have to be organized. YOU CAN NEVER BE TOO ORGANIZED. If someone tells you that you are stupid for being organized tell them to go take a hike. Anyway, now that we have covered that let us look at another condition that will help you expect the unexpected. Perhaps the greatest thing you can do is to stay happy. No matter what the situation YOU MUST STAY HAPPY! There is always a way out of the problem or ditch that you are stuck in. The third final thing to do is to keep your priorities straight. They are the key to succeeding as well! The more optimistic you are, the more you are likely to succeed in getting out of the problem. What have we learned today?
These three things are guaranteed to keep the unexpected at an all time low, especially if you take the three concepts seriously.
Your going to have a budget right? We sure hope you do! Everyone has a budget, and not just because they want it, because they need one. So what is your budget going to be like? Get a piece of paper define what you think budget is. Once you have done that you need to make a chart. This chart will have two colums. They will be sallary or amount made, amount that will be saved, and finally amount that will be spent. Once you have done this you need to start doing the calculations. First you will have to add the amount that will be saved, and amount that will be spent. Than subtract the final amount from your amount made. If you have some money left over, you are in good shape! Now, you might want to make a chart with even more catergories. Keep becoming even more specific and specific, and use the same strategy to do this. Once you cannot be any more specific and have more than 10 colums, your ready to move on.
