1. Never, ever, ever, ever, take my work and claim it's yours. In fact, you should give credit. For a small thing like an avatar etc. Write a little note at the end of your MySpace.Forum Signature "Avatar from http://www.freewebs.com/tonightsstars/anime.htm". For a layout, the credits should be on the image, but if they aren't, keep the credits.
2. Don't edit them and claim they are yours. If you do edit it a little, write somewhere "Base from http://www.freewebs.com/tonightsstars/anime.htm". If you edit it heavily, and change the image, adding millions of effects, it's alright, you don't have to. Altering my HTML codes aren't okay, but if you'd like to learn HTML, you can use the elements of my HTML codes.
3. If you don't like the images etc. used on my graphics/layouts... don't use them. Do not send lots of hate mail about how Naruto (this is an example) is the evillest anime alive and shouldn't be on anyone's graphic, and no one will use them anyways. I don't think anyone will do this, actually.
