60007 - Alexandra Palace
This drawing was inspired by a photograph that I took at Alexandra Palace station on the 5th July 2008, the loco its 60007 'Sir Nigel Gresely', she was working the first part of 'The Coronation", a special train which commemorated the 70the anniversary of Mallard achieving her world record speed for steam of 126 mph, a record which still remains unbeaten since 1938!
