Tombstone Criminal Law

Justice in Tombstone

Justice in Tombstone, Arizona

To stand up against all the notorious outlaws making Tombstone an unsafe place, the Tombstone Criminal Law group was created.

Each Friday, they bring arrested criminals to court. Our prosecutors will do their best to have the dangereous criminals face their punishments. It is their duty to convince a jury, consisting of fine, upstanding Tombstone Citizens, that the accused criminals are guilty as charged. Our well-educated Defense Attorneys will do their very best to have their clients walk out of court as a free man or woman.
The judges rule in court, keeping order and setting verdicts.

You can find the notes of trials in the Courthouse, where Judge Leah has a very big archive!

The judges of Tombstone

Judge Leah Mayo, our most active judge.

She is a nice woman who has a great sence of humour.
She has been a Tombstone Judge for a long time and knows all about the Tombstone Court.
Her rulings are sometimes harsh, but always fair. She has a great way of keeping order in the courtroom.

Prosecution and Defense attorney

Prosecutor Brtiney Jansma has been trying to clear the streets of Tombstone from the dangerous outlaws and other criminals since December 2007.
She is very passionate about her job. Her natural beauty and sweet words give her an advantage when convincing the jury.
She builds up her cases very well, leaving little room for the Defense Attorney to make his client look innocent.
This beautyfull woman also has away of attracting the Defense Attorney's attention, making it hard for him to concentrate on the case.

Attorney At Law Jefke Kohime is the friend of all Tombstone Criminals.
He makes sure they all get the legal representation they deserve. Some people even say he isn't affraid off offering bribes at witnesses to testify in his client's advantage. But he remains not guilty untill proven otherwise, offcourse!
He's a charming, smooth man who can turn the jury members in his favour with his sweet talking.
He is co-owner of the B&J Lawfirm. This firm has offices all over the territory of Arizona, which means he can only be in Tombstone on Fridays.
He has a troubled relation with Judge Innis, who held him in contempt of the court and had him thrown in jail.
