    HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT

Tomasso Ltd is committed to Health and Safety. We aim to provide a Safe Working Environment for our staff, as well as protecting our employees, their Health, Safety and Welfare.

All employees are given relevant information, training and instruction to ensure their safe working practises. All staff undergo formal induction and will work shadow more competent staff to ensure safe working practises are followed.

We aim to comply with all current legislation regarding Health and Safety and to continually improve through further training of our staff to meet best practise standards.

We are duty bound to identify all risks and hazards, these will be reduced as far as is reasonably practicable.

All employees have a duty for their own individual Health, Safety and Welfare, as well as that of their colleagues. All employees, either directly employed, contracted or sub-contracted, must co-operate with excellent Health and Safety practise at all times.

Tomasso Ltd promotes good Health and Safety and the Management are responsible for the health and safety for all employees. Health and safety enhances business practise by reducing injuries, ill health loss and liability claims.

All accidents (however minor), near misses, ill health, sickness, absences or unsafe working practises that could present an unacceptable risk to themselves, colleagues or members of the public, must be reported to the Company Director, as soon as is practicably possible.

All employees must adhere to the policy at all times and breach of this will be considered serious and will be dealt with accordingly.
