"Oxbow" Eco-Straw -
These pellets are made from compressed wheat straw which is high in fibre and can absorb a massive 300% of it's weight in moisture!! That makes it twice as absorbant as paper based litters, plus it is dust free, mite and insect free & even safe for your bunnies to eat if they choose.
When wet the pellets expand & separate making it more economical and ecological as only the soiled pellets need be removed. Eco-Straw can be flushed down the toilet or composted (we would strongly advise composting as it makes a fantastic safe and natural fertilizer!!)
Eco-Straw is also ideal for long haired buns as it will not stick like wood shavings do & the urine is drawn below the surface keeping your bunny's bottom fluff clean & dry.
Line the litter tray or bunny house with about an inch deep of Eco-Straw for best results & remove soiled pellets as required.
