Do not fear

Do not be Afraid

Isaiah 40:28-31 and 41:10-13

Do you not know? 
Have you not heard? 
The LORD is the everlasting God, 
the Creator of the ends of the earth. 
He will not grow tired or weary, 
and his understanding no one can fathom. 
He gives strength to the weary 
and increases the power of the weak. 
Even youths grow tired and weary, 
and young men stumble and fall; 
but those who hope in the LORD 
will renew their strength. 
They will soar on wings like eagles; 
they will run and not grow weary, 
they will walk and not be faint. 
(41:10-13)
So do not fear, for I am with you; 
do not be dismayed, for I am your God. 
I will strengthen you and help you; 
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

"All who rage against you 
will surely be ashamed and disgraced; 
those who oppose you  
will be as nothing and perish. 
Though you search for your enemies, 
you will not find them. 
Those who wage war against you 
will be as nothing at all. 
For I am the LORD , your God, 
who takes hold of your right hand 
and says to you, Do not fear; 
I will help you.

See, J, there is nothing to fear...God give us strength and protects us from all harm. The bible says:

Jesus called us his sheep, or his flock...like a flock of sheep. He calls us this because he is like our shephard. He watches over us, and even when we wander away he goes to look for us. Here is a story that Jesus told in the Bible:

See Jesus is the shephard in that story, and you (along with lots of others) are that lost sheep...we're all lost, we're born lost. But Jesus is looking for you. But if you don't go, he can't save you. Jesus said:
Luke 12:32 NIV
"Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom."

Jesus wants to give you the kingdom of heaven, you no longer need to fear Satan and his tricks.
the bible says: "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." (James 4:7)
You don't need to be afraid of the devil because, as the bible says, he will flee from you!
