No I guess not...well whatever. Don't really care anyway, but I am in fact plunged into the exciting and slightly deadly world of Sweeney Todd!!! For all you Broadway fans, you may know the story. For everyone else, here is the story!
Okay, so there's this barber called Benjamin Barker, and he has a wife Lucy and a daughter Johannna. They have an okay life in London, until a guy named Judge Turpin comes. The judge sees Lucy, and decides that he wants to marry her. Of course, Barker says "Uh, no." and refuses to give his wife over to the law. So Turpin transports him south, Lucy loses her mind, and Johanna is taken by Judge Turpin as his ward. The years pass, and Barker returns, now as Sweeney Todd, the name changed because he wants to avoid being judged for his past. He meets Anthony, a kind sailor, who soon befriends Todd. He reopens his barber shop, and meets Mrs Lovett, a lady who runs a pie shop next to his barber shop. Todd befriends her as well. OKay, that's it 4 tonight!!!!
