FALLEN BRANCH LIMB FLUTE MAKING WORKSHOP

www.fallenbranch.com

The Tahlequah Native American Flute Circle at the Cherokee Heritage Center will be hosting flute makers John Suttles(the Ozark Guru), Amos Fleetwood, Harold Ruckman, and Dale Robertson of Fallen Branch Flutes with fellow flute maker Joyce Barnes, Coordinator of the TNAFC in a free workshop on the art of hand crafting a Native American style flute from fallen tree branches.

In this seminar John, Amos, Harold, and Joyce will be giving demonstrations on the hand tools, techniques, and time it takes to make one of these beautiful flutes.  Due the time it takes to complete a branch flute from start to finish there will be flutes in various stages of completion to better
demonstrate the processes.  Split branches and various tools will be available along with supervision from John, Amos, Harold, or Joyce for anyone who would like a more hands on experience during this workshop.  There will be sketches and construction procedures available along with the branch flute you work on to take home.

THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL!
