Hello, and thank you for visiting my site. My name is Tom, and my wife's name is Cheryl. I have two children named, JoAnna, and Paul. We moved to this area ten years ago from Ohio. We presently live 15 miles East of our rental Villa. After moving to the area we started takeing day trips to check out the area. We fell in love with the Crystal River area. A few years ago we started looking into rental property as owners and managers, in September of 2006 a friend of my wife, put this Villa up for sale. We went and looked at it and we immediately knew that this was for us, it is in a park like setting, very very quite, yet very near to anything you might want. Acroos the street is Kings Bay, around the corner is Petes Peir(large marina and boat ramp) fishing charters. Ten minutes away is the Gulf Beach(Forte Island Beach). In the other direction are resturants, bowling alleys, baseball/softball fields, numerous parks, golf courses, and the Crystal River Mall.
