About Me:

Hey guys!  My name's Taylor/Tay (tinytay15 on the WW message boards) and this site is dedicated to my weight loss journey!  I'm currently working on updating and adding things to my site, but feel free to look around and sign the guestbook if you want!

New 2009 weight related goals:

1. Run 1500 miles this year
2. Complete 2-3 half or 1 full marathon
3. Realize that weight fluctuates throughout our life.  Do not get too upset if I gain 5 pounds or am not as toned as I was a few months ago.  Get right BOT and think about the good: how far I've come, the muscle tone I DO have rather than don't, my strong legs, the fact that I can run - rather than the negative!
4. Stay below goal no matter what life throws at me!
5. Help motivate and support other people in their journey.
6. Don't stress about food.  Eat what I like...but in moderation.  Don't dwell on if I overdid it one day or one week.  No regrets.
7. Enjoy life.
