The following are types of foods that I always (or usually like to have) on hand.  They are my staples or just good healthy finds!  I also include where I buy them (usually the cheapest place I can find them!) and some good ideas what I usually use them for.

Fruits/Veggies:

-   Frozen blueberries (TJ) - snack on them, put them in oatmeal & yogurt
-   Hearts of romaine lettuce (Costco)

-   Butternut squash (TJ) - sprinkle with cinnamon/splenda or with seasonings and bake.  YUM
-   Spaghetti squash (Food 4 Less) - eat like you would spaghetti!

Dairy/Protein:
-
FF plain greek style yogurt (TJ) - add all kinds of mixins (SF pudding mix, splenda & cinnamon, fruit)

-   Light cottage cheese (TJ or Safeway) - same points as FF & tastes better!  I love to mix it with no sugar added applesauce, cinnamon/splenda, put some in my oatmeal
-   Light soy milk (Food 4 Less) - I prefer 8th Continent or Silk
-   Egg Starts (Costco)
-   Turkey slices (TJ)
-   FF shredded cheese or soy shredded cheese (Safeway or TJ) - soy cheese tastes sooo much better!

WW pita pockets (TJ)
-   Light oroweat bread slices (Food 4 less)
-   La Tortilla Factory tortillas (TJ) - quesadillas, breakfast burritos, sandwich wraps

-   Thomas Light English Muffins - spread laughing cow cheese on them or use as buns for a boca burger!
-   Fiber One/TJ high fiber cereal

Misc:
-
Better n' PB - not great but you can't really tell a huge difference if you make a sandwich with it

Meal Ideas

The following are my favorite meals and what I generally eat (although it definately varies)!

Breakfast:
-   Oatmeal    (1/4 cup multi grain oats, 1/4 cup water, couple spoonfulls of pumpkin, 1/4 cup SF applesauce or cottage cheese, cinnamon, splenda...then cook!  I also love to make Custard Oatmeal: 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 cups milk, 1 stirred egg.  Bring to boil on the stove then simmer until it thickens.  Very good with berries or pumpkin mixed in!)
-   Omelettes
-   1/2 light english muffin with veggie sausage patty & FF cheese.  I don't have this often but it's an idea!
-   Fiber One/TJ high fiber cereal or Shredded Wheat

Lunch/Dinner:
-   Quesadilla   (La tortilla, 1/4 cup FF cheese, 1/4 cup FF refried beans.  Fry with 1 tsp oil.  Top with FF sour cream)
-   Fried pita    (WW pita cut in half, 1/4 cup FF cheese, 1 slice turkey.  Fry with 1 tsp oil.  Put a couple slices of tomato in.  SOOO good)
-   Sautee zucchini, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms:    Spread 1 wedge of light laughing cow in a WW pita pocket.  Stuff the veggies in.  yummy
Top a salad with the veggies
Top WW couscous with the veggies; add FF or soy cheese
-   Sautee above veggies with garlic.  Add a cup of spaghetti squash, 1 wedge of light laughing cow cheese, and a couple spoonfuls of pasta sauce.  Cook until cheese is melted.  When cooked and in your bowl, top with soy cheese so it melts.  AMAZING
-   Boca burgers on light english muffin
-   Grilled cheese   (2 slices light oroweat bread, 1/4 cup FF cheese, spray butter or 1 tsp oil)
-   Trader Joe's 99% FF burritos (frozen).  Filling is completely core as well (count the tortilla)
-   Turkey meatloaf made with light BBQ sauce

Snacks:
-   Pumpkin smoothie   (1 cup light soymilk, 1/3 cup canned pumpkin, splenda, splash of vanilla extract, cinnamon./pumpkin pie spice, ice...blend.  YUMMO)

-   Fruit!
-   Fried bananas   (slice a banana.  Spray pan with spray butter or oil and put banana slices in.  While they're cooking, keep spraying with spray butter and put lots of cinnamon & splenda on.  Cook until mushy but still in their "circles").  soooooo delicious!
-   FF ricotta, SF chocolate fudge pudding mix, splash of milk.  Mix in....tastes like brownie batter!!
