My question is how did your skin look during the weight loss? I'm worried about sagging skin and I'm wondering if you had any problems with that. Thanks!

Weights and toning exercises definitely helped with weight sag.  I hate to say it, but I definitely still have loose skin and mostly likely always will.  No matter how many stomach or arm exercises I do, I still have some jiggle.  My abs may look good from one angle, but if I sit or stand, there are folds that aren't there on other toned people.  I may be upset about it, but then I really think: it's so much better than the way it used to be!  Make sure you do toning from the beginning.  Even if you can't see all that muscle definition right away - it'll be there when you shed the layering fat!

What videos/DVDs did you use for toning and for your abs?

At the start of my weight loss journey, I mostly relied on Billy Blanks tae bo DVDs and Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight (both upper & lower body).  I also occasionally used 8 minute abs.  Tae Bo really helps with toning, and while you may not see much movement on the scale, you are gaining tons of muscle and defining those abs!  After a few months, I rarely use any DVDs, other than occasional tae bo.  I want to get into pilates DVDs, but have yet to find one that I love!  I also recently bought 10 Minute Solution: Blast off Belly Fat dvd so I'll let you guys know how I like it!

You could put in your website a bit about how you handle drinking and weight watchers?

I know it's hard when you're friends/roommates just drink however much they want whenever they want without one worry!  Honestly, I hardly drink anymore.  During freshman year (throughout the core of my weight loss), I only drank once a week at most, sometimes not even that.  Same through my second year at school.  Looking back now, I did it unhealthily.  I was then following the flex plan, so I would hardly eat during the day, saving up most of my points and WPAs for nighttime drinking.  While I lost weight doing that, I know how bad it was.  It's hard, but limit drinking to rare occasions and only when you really really want to drink.  Now, following a healthier lifestyle and mostly core, I eat normal healthy foods throughout the day, and only drink if I really want to.  I don't let my friends pressure me into it.  I also try to earn a good amount of APs that day.  And sometimes the calories are really just not worth it.  Are 5 beers really worth a 5 mile run?  Or, I'd rather spend my points on a huge frozen yogurt than 5 beers!
