Joshua Weinberg is a sonic installation artist living and working in San Francisco, California. He also makes videos, prints, photographs, records noise under the moniker nerak slip, and is currently obsessed with painting stripes. He has performed and exhibited work at galleries throughout the United States and abroad including the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art, and Track 16 gallery. He has taught at CalArts, University of California Santa Cruz, California State University at Northridge, and currently works in the New Genres department at the San Francisco Art Institute.
