Conditions
1.Tariff
Seasonal tariff charges vary. Please telephone for the tariff applicable
to your holiday. The tariff includes the full use of the cottage
for a week starting and finishing on Saturday. Short breaks are
available throughout the year please enquire. Sorry but we do not
accept credit cards.
2.Deposit Payment
All bookings are subject to the receipt of a deposit. This deposit
will be a third of the holiday cost. If a deposit is not forthcoming
within 7 days of the booking date then the holiday will be presumed
cancelled and will be re-let. All deposits are non-refundable and
non-transferable.
3.Balance Payment
The balance of any booking is required 4 weeks before the commencement
date of the holiday. Any bookings which are made within the 4 week
deadline will be subject to the full balance and the 7 day ruling
will apply ie. if the money is not received within 7 days of the
booking date the holiday will be presumed cancelled and will be
re-let.
Should any balances not be forthcoming, and a reason is not given,
then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the property
will be re-let.
4.Holiday Cancellations
Any cancellations, for any reason, the deposit paid on booking will
be forfeited. If however the full balance has been paid then the
whole payment will be forfeited. Should we be able to re-let the
property we will refund your payment less deposit.
In the unlikely event of the cottage not being available for the
holiday through matters arising beyond our control then we will
refund all monies paid.
