1 Sandy Beach Way – This is a gorgeous three story home.  It has 3 or possibly 4 bedrooms.  On the first floor is a living room, full bath, bedroom, kitchen, large dining room, and laundry room.  On the second floor are the master suite with bath, another bedroom, and full bath.  On the third floor there is open area that could be used as a game room or another bedroom.  Out back is a pool and greenhouse.
