Haven Beach, Boardwalk, pavilion, and Morey’s on the Beach café – These three beach lots each offer different features.  The Beach and Boardwalk offers a store and small eatery (the ice cream shoppe at Retail Sims would be perfect) along with steps down to the beach.  The pavilion offers a beautiful gazebo with great views of the beach.  Morey’s on Beach is a small beachfront café.  Each property has plenty of beach to throw a blanket down or beach chair to catch some rays.
