Welcome to my little corner of the Sims community. Ever since I realized I could download content for my game I've taken from a lot of sites and I've become members of some sites and donated to a couple, but now it's time for me to give back to this wonderful community that has given me so much.

Here you can find quality real estate options for you Sim. From swingin' singles pads to elegant mansions to beautiful Victorians and everything in between. For singles, newlywed or newly divorced, wether starting a family or expanding families, even the new univerisity grads. I have something for everyone. There are also some nice community and University properties available to fill out the neighborhood. All homes come unfurnished, unless otherwise stated, ready for your sim to make it their own.

So pull up a chair, have some coffee or tea, and maybe a donut or some granola, and have a look through my catalog to find that special property your Sims always dreamed of.

Since I do use some custom content in my houses, I would recommend using the Sims2pack Clean Installer found here.

All of my house files are file-share-friendly, so feel free to share either at N99, Reflex forum, ROMOTS or via email..  But please do not post on another site or the exchange and take credit for it.   user posted image
