Sites I am totally confident in
I have divided it up into PTC and PTR sites. Most of the PTR sites have been around for years while most of the PTC sites are only about a year old. Have also added a Exciting section, new but look very good - I will be keeping a close eye on these ones.
Hopefully this page will get more and more sites, as sites stay around and showed they are honest paying sites. I am certain I have forgotten a couple, so come back now and again to see which sites have been added
EXCITING NEW SITES:
These sites look very good but I have not been paid by them.
ClickiPink - This one has many ads daily and looks very exciting. Another Instant payout site.
Your Cash Clicks: This is a PTR site. Many ads daily in the PTC section of the site (I only click the ads .25 cents and above). Email ads just on weekdays - price values vary between .1 - 5 cents. Many 1 cent ads. The payout is only $4 - admin does do random payouts. I have received 2 random payouts and 1 requested payout (quick payers) Very Happy with this site. The point ads are also great value (this are in the contest PTC section). This was written 6th May 09

OLDEST PTC
WordLink - This is the oldest PTC site. It's just turn 5 years old and I am always paid within 48 hours. Lots of ads especially if you check back often, as ads are added all the time. Also you get cash bonuses everytime you cashout (join and you will see when they are added)
Lower/Mixed value sites:
TheClickers: ads between .25 cents and 1 cents. Pays within a couple of days. Paid 3 times
LinkGrand: .3 cent ads - many ads daily and pays within a couple of days. This site has been around for a while. Paid twice
Mixed Values with Gaming Section
This is great site and with its new owner it is now open to all countries. At least 10 ads daily but it you are 18 and over and view Adult ads, you can get a extra 10 ads (1 cent each). In the normal ads you get about 7 ads worth 1 cent each and a couple at a lower value (no ads under .25 cents)
There is also a arcade where you earn money (small amount) for every game you play and if you are placed in the top 3 places of any game in any month you get a cash prize (can add up if you are good at games)
Site now pays in PayPal and AlertPay - $10 payout
Slower Payers
These sites have always paid me but are slower payers. But I still click daily without worring about payments. They do have forums, so you can keep a eye on everything.

Consistes of: 10Bux, PaidClicks and B-U-X
Between 8 - 12 ads daily. I have been paid by all of these sites, many times.
6th May:I have been waiting for a long time with these sites and will stop clicking soon if one of them does not paid me.
My Bux Network:
Consists of: CashMyBux, EarnMyBux, ClickMyBux and MakeMyBux
These sites have about 30 ads daily, all .5 cents. Pays with PayPal and AlertPay. I have been paid by these sites - one time each.
6th May: Waiting over 6 months with these sites - does not look good and will be deleting them if I hear nothing from the admin or received any money by the end of May.
New PTC sites:
These are my top new sites, ones that I believe in
KingsClicker: Low $1 payout with .75 cent ads. Runs a lottery type contest, where you can buy a ticket to be king for the day - if you win, you will get the taxes of the day you are king (taxes have been over $100 in the last couple of days)
Bux.gs - this site is related to the PaidClick Network. Between 5 -12 ads daily. I was paid within 24 hours of requesting - so a keeper (6th May 09)
DealBarbieDollarClick: this site has 1 cent ads with $1 payout. But the admin can give higher ads - at Christmas time, a 5 CENT ad was posted. You get 1 -5 ads daily. This site has 100% downline, so if you can get a couple of referrals, you can reach payout very quickly. I was paid the day after I requested

PTR SECTION (PAID TO READ)
I started doing clicking with PTR sites. Don't be put off by the word READ, you still just click the link at the bottom of a email, easy to do. Some are easier than PTC sites. Some sites have no timers, so very quick to do and some let you let all the ads at once, so again Quick to do.
Many of the sites have a lower ad value than PTR sites but these sites know what they are doing and have been in business for years. Many have fun contests and a friendly fun atmosphere. One site even sent me a Christmas present one year.
Fishing4Mail: I just love this site. Emails are .25 cents each - no ads lower than this. Many ads have no timers, so very quick - just click than move onto the next one. No minimum payouts - you get paid every 30 DAYS. You get paid within a week (your full account balance as long as it is over 1 cent)
These 2 sites are owned by the same person and the contests at these sites are wonderful. During October and December we have just had wonderful games in the forum (Haunted House for Halloween and Elf Grid and Gingerbread House for Christmas) I won ads and cash with these games.
They also have colouring in pictures, word search, crosswords, guess the movie/book etc activites. Each activity has a prize. Cash, ads etc... (I even won a upgrade) During this time you also get many more ads (as people are winning them and sending them in, so more earnings)
HappyPig has only cash ads - between .1 - 1 cent (mainly .25 and .5 cent ads). Low $1 cashout. Another site that pays the full account balance, so if you have to wait a couple of days, don't worry.
CashDelight: cash ads are mainly .3 cent ads (but you may get some between .25 - 1 cent) Lots of point ads (if you wish to receive them). Points are converted in cash! This site pays every Friday if you have $2 in your account. Don't need to request.
These sites have a wonderful forum and do random payouts.
PaidYouSure: Search countries only. This site gives you more ads if you "search". Searching is easy to do - just click on a subject then click on a result (just like you do at Google) By the time you have searched the 30 second timer should run out.. All ads start at .5 cents. Low $2 payout that pays within 24 hours.
MatrixMails: this site has been around for 6 years. You don't have to do the matrix side. I don't - just click the PTC and PTR ads. As a free member I get .5 cents for PTC ads and 1 cent ads for email ads. Upgraded members have higher ad values (up to 4 cents a ad)
Cash bonuses at these sites: you can cashout at $2 and get 20 cents cash bonus.
OR ... cashout at $4 can get $1.20 cash bonus. Site pays within a couple of days - depends on the days you request.
I always cashout at $4, for the extra $1 bonus.
DonkeyMail and No-Minimum.
These 2 sites are owned by the same person. Both have PTP, so extra earnings if you wish to use this feature. Emails between .25 - 1 cent. Both have $1 payout. Both are good payers.
BGPayMail: This site is a bit different to other PTR sites. You have to read the email, admin put sentences/words/glibberish in some of them that you can send to the admin and get extra cash. I have gotten from 2 cents - up into dollars. This site does not have ads less than 2 cents - some ads say non paid (some are, some aren't - you have to click and see). Also break the bank game, I get cash daily. It is easy to earn if you read the emails.
This site has a great forum, so if you have a question ask! Also has a great admin, who will help you if you need it. I am also paid before I get a chance to request. Also runs contests during certain times of the year (great prizes)
Zodiac-Ads: This site has just allowed Chinese members (but they have to use earnings for ads). Ads value vary. Admin runs constests during the year, again with great prizes (range from free upgrades, cash and free ads) This site is in English or German.
Great admin who is very helpful. Check out the PTC as well. Has point ads as well - you can pick to received them or not. Another site that pays random payouts. But if you do reach payout level of $5, then admin pays quick.
The-Owl-Post: Great site that has cash and point emails. Points can be used for advertising. (remember the free ads you get can be used with your PTP page, so extra earnings at a different site). This site also has a PTP feature.
The ads have NO TIMERS - very quick to do. I some times save a weeks worth and do them all at once, as they have a long life. The other sites are much shorter and some are every 24 hours before you can click the same ad again.
