Kendra Todd. She was the season three winner on NBC's The Apprentice,
and in my judgment, she was the best winner of them all.

I first noticed her in episode seven, in which the candidates were asked to compete in promoting a miniature golf event. She came up with a brilliant plan to negotiate exclusive promotional deals with the local vendors. As Kendra herself said, her team effectively shut down the opposing team with that simple tactic. Wonderful work, and brilliant. It became clear that she was a person to watch. |

And speaking of watching, as she made her way around to the vendors, she was teamed up with former beauty queen Erin Elmore. Ms. Elmore was fond of mentioning her beauty pageant experience, and she was indeed attractive. However, I think that while Kendra lacked Erin's classic beauty and porcelain features, she was far more attractive. For one thing, she had basic good looks, which is always kinda nice. More importantly though, she was wise, strategic and intelligent--and in my book, intelligence goes a long way toward making a woman more beautiful. |

As many fans of the show have noted, Kendra was also very gracious and diplomatic in the way she deal with the other candidates. She was strong, but not shrill, and she avoided speaking poorly of them. Unlike many other candidates, she clearly remembered that the cameras were rolling, and she kept herself under control. No wild emotional outbursts or inappropriate comments on her part. Intelligence, class, and wholesome looks. A great combination. More about Kendra here. |
