"They say that Zelda is the best game ever, and they're right."

This is the Gossip Stone section.  As we already know, these strange statures are hidden throughout Hyrule for one purpose, spread gossip.  When decked in the eerie Mask of Truth, Young Link can speak to the Gossip Stones to hear the latest in Hyrulian rumors and ear candy.  I bet you never knew that Malon went fishing at Lake Hylia, or that the Happy Mask Shop Owner used to live in a distant land.  Okay, so some of the word of mouth is a bit obscured and meaningless, but the Gossip Stones here at the Zelda Knights, only supply the best information you'll get sick of hearing of when it is on every Zelda fan site you can find.  Of course that's rumors you know, they can spread like taking a fire rod out on Lon Lon Ranch crops.  So don your Mask of Truth and discover things you probobly didn't know, or possibly did.

Sunder: Land of Divide

Here it is folks, the first Nintendo Revolution game leak, or one of the most eloborate hoaxs I've seen this side of DarkLink9000.  All credit goes to Kotaku Gaming Blog, for they are the ones to receive the email about this leak.

Hyrulian Ear Candy, What You Didn't Know and Hope is True

Twilight Princess Specifics Revealed in Xbox Voice Chat?! (Read It) ~ By HadJo of the Zelda Knights

Note: The below accounts from the source DarkLink9000 are by no means word for word, but basic replicas of certain comments made by the source.
This quite an interesting ordeal if it is true, and there is a very good chance it isn't but listen up anyways.  I was playing Forza Motorsport on Xbox live on November 26th, yes Xbox, once you get past the fact that I own and operate an Xbox I shall continue.  Now that you have collected yourself, I'll go on.  Ok so anyways, I was playing on Xbox Live when I stubbled upon a guy with the gamertag DarkLink9000.  Recognizing the reference within the screenname, I decided to engage in a quick chat with the fellow, which ultimately turned in to a very long and interesting conversation.  I don't know, and can't justify the legitamacy of the interesting information he elaborated on, but some of it just seemed bizarre.

First of all this guy addressed himself as a Nintendo fanboy, reasonable enough, but with the connections.   I put an emphasis on the word connections, for he said in a very strange and rather lucid tone.  I decided to ask him what connections.  Here is a rough estimate of the response, I cannot recite it perfect," I just got em.  You know, your website administrators, press reporters, even a couple of employees at Nintendo of America.  I'm a pretty popular guy in the Nintendo communitity."  First off, I couldn't really think up on anything interesting to say, to rebutle his bold claim, so I asked him what he thought about Twilight Princess and what he thought of it.  "From what I hear, it's got the makings of being the best one yet, and I'm real amped up for it, " he then pauses to recollect himself, or possibly think up something interesting to say.  "I talked to one of my Nintendo guys yesterday, and he gave some insider info on the game."

That's a bit strange, and hard to believe, why would somebody risk losing their job by telling somebody about the game.  Even if the guy was lying, he had hooked me, I wanted to know more.  I asked him about the information, and hoping I was lucky enough for the guy to be a royal dumb ass and give it to me.  Little did he know that I was the administrator of a Zelda fan site, where I would post every word he would eventually say.  "I can't tell you much, he didn't give me everything, but some pretty cool stuff.  Your a Zelda fan so you probobly know the story about the Twilight realm and stuff, (okay come on with it already, I'm too eager to just let you mumble) but I bet you didn't know the game is expected to take about a hundred hours to completely beat.  Should take up 2 discs is what he told me."

My hopes of unvealing some top secret information shattered?!!?  For the moment, I already knew about this length, but I wasn't going to give up on my source just quite yet.  I decided to ask him if he knew anymore.  "Yeah, the overworld is supposed to not only expand through Hyrule, but also connect the other kingdoms of the land as well.  You'll have to explore Hyrule, Termina, the Dark World, Holodrum, and Labrynna to fully master the entire quest.  He also hinted at a hidden world too, but they hadn't come up with the name yet."

Finally!!! My hopes shot up, bolting, throught the roof!!!  I sat and absorbed the insane information, and secretly hoped it wasn't false.  I responded with a quick wow, and that is awesome.  "Yes, it is.  Also heard that there is going to be a lot more items to collect in this game, like different kinds of clothing, not only tunics but robes and mage cloaks and RPG stuff like that.  Lot more primary weapons, and you'll be able to keep stuff like enemy weapons or moblin swords for either pawn or personal combat.  I don't know how I got it out of him."

This was getting intense.  How the heck did this guy get this information.  The way he was saying it also sounded very convincing, like he had actually heard it, or had planned for along to time to make up fake TP information and randomly tell it to a Zelda fan he would somehow meet on Forza Motorsport.  Anticipating the next bit of atonishing news, I asked if he knew anymore.  "Yeah, he did give me one last specific.  Not only is Ganondorf  in the game and all, but Vaati from the 4 Swords game and Agahim will also team up with him to create the games three major bosses.  That's all I know man, I wasn't supposed to tell you that anyways.  I got to go, nice to see another Zelda fan on Xbox."

And with that, the connection was quickly abrupted after gave a shout of see ya.  At this moment, I was still soaking in all of the information, and then decided to write down the basis of the information he had given me, in case I was to forget, which was unlikely.  After that, I decided to then send the guy a Friend request, so I could catch up with him in the future if he knew any more.  In about what seemd a half a second, the request was denied, like the guy had put a blocker on his Gamertag, preventing Friend Requests.  I play the game a lot, so maybe I will be fortunate enough to stumble upon the mysterious player again.  Nevertheless, these strange findins will sturr up some anticipation, but we must continue to hold our breath and hope they aren't false.  DarkLink9000 seemed like he knew a little more, but didn't want to give it all out.  I will keep my eyes peeled, and if I see anything I'll be sure to alert everyone.

Update: Fucking liar.  How naive I must have been to believe this load of crap.  And I forgot about that 100 hour business with Twilight Princess...which was an official announcement from Nintendo.  I think I completely finished everthing in about 30, can't remember.

Ocarina of Time: The Beta Quests

Ocarina of Time Beta-Quest: Find the Triforce
Of course this isn't real, it's called Beta, something the developers got about halfway through before trashing it from the final creation.  Nevertheless, the following screens reveal what looked to be another hidden side quest in the game, but eventually ended up in the scrap pile for the team.  That's a shame too, these screens look very interesting, and would have made great fun.  (All captions by HadJo)

trif03.gif (25243 bytes)trif01.gif (34473 bytes)

^Looks to be pictures of Link actually getting the Triforce.  From what we see below, the developers experimented with this.  You don't see the Triforce on sale at the Kokiri Shop very often now do you?

trif02.gif (28241 bytes)tri-force.jpg (15092 bytes)

^Another picture of our Hero recieving the golden power but with just 3 heart containers and nothing else equipped.  This must have been a very early screen.  To the right we see the item screen and where the triforce would sit.

^Link wonders around in a strange area of the Temple of Time.  Looks to be another room or something but it's strange how there are no items equipped on the C Buttons.  Far right we see an eerie fountain with horses.

zeldaoot16.jpg (12880 bytes)zeldaoot17.jpg (10677 bytes)zeldaoot18.jpg (13485 bytes)

^Enough to send shivers down your spine.  This very gloomy room looks to be an add on to what was the Temple of Time.  Possibly a Chamber for the Triforce.

zeldaoot19.jpg (13595 bytes)zeldaoot20.jpg (13323 bytes)zeldaoot1.jpg (12595 bytes)

^ More pictures of the Chamber of the Triforce and to the right, we see a dungeon, sense there is a map in the lower portion of the screen.  Not many heart containers so must have been a place midway through the game that was cut.

zeldaoot3.jpg (12137 bytes)zeldaoot4.jpg (12846 bytes)zeldaoot6.jpg (11716 bytes)

^More pictures of this very weird place and some sort of fire/magic attack or an early version of what will become Din's Fire?

zeldaoot10.jpg (15331 bytes)zeldaoot7.jpg (13874 bytes)zeldaoot8.jpg (13669 bytes)

^Link engages in a familiar battle with a group of Stalfos, my favorite bad guy to duel.  They give me sword duel kind of feel, which is a rare find in most Zelda games.

zeldaoot9.jpg (13980 bytes)z6.jpg (19609 bytes)z28.jpg (12400 bytes)

^Just looks like stuff the developers cut out of the final version, or merely early versions of Hyrule Castle and Lake Hylia

zeldaoot14.jpg (11926 bytes)zeldaoot13.jpg (9795 bytes)

^A chase through Hyrule field, but I don't remember seeing a white horse.  To the right we see Saria and Link engaging in emotional conversation as usual.

More Beta-Ocarina of Time Side Quests
When the official title was released the developers couldn't keep everything in the game.  Here is more of what got cut.  These files are very buggy and therefore confusing.  Using the most sinful gaming device ever created, Gameshark, players could gain access to some of these areas.  Since the quests were cut, only small choppy portions of the game were left here, so that is what we get.
