Namco to Bring Tales of Symphonia Sequel State-side

In their latest issue, Nintendo Power confirmed that the sequel to the Gamecube's RPG
Tales of Symphonia will receive a North American localization on the Wii console. Formerly known as
Knight of Ratatosk, the title was changed to the American-friendly
Dawn of a New World.
The predecessor is well-known for not only being a 60 hour, character
driven epic, but also for being one of the only true roleplaying games
on the Gamecube. Hopefully things won't be the same for the Wii, but
as of right now,
Dawn is the
first RPG to be announced on Nintendo's system. The game will drop in
Japan on April 24th, but Namco Bandai has remained broad with "2008,"
in regards to the North American release.
12/19/06 Reviews Are Up!
Review page is up and running. Check it out and leave a comment at the bottom. This is something I've been itching to do for sometime, and I originally got started a long time ago on the obsolete Link's Inventory page. I will have a review of Twilight Princess in the near future so just hold tight if that's what your itching for. I would really like your opinions on these, to see if people are actually reading them; it'd be great if you guys could do that. I enjoy writing my reviews, and treat them with the utmost quality, which also means they are of a good quality, and not short blurbs, so read them. I've added the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Ocarina of Time. I wrote both of them a while ago but figured they'd fit in.

12/12/06 The Realm is Now Open
The wait is finally over. Delayed for what seemed like eternity, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess has finally made it's way to the Nintendo Gamecube, looking to make one last splash on the dying console. Being one who doesn't have a Wii, I snagged the game for at a Circuit City. Judging by past results, this game will not be easy to find in the future. You may be able to run to the store and buy the whole stock, now, but later it'll be hitting eBay with hefty price tags. Here is a shortlist of games that were released on the last leg of a console's lifespan: Wario's Woods (NES), Super Mario RPG (SNES), Chrono Trigger (SNES), Earthbound (SNES), Paper Mario (N64). TP will no doubt join the ranks, but it's legacy will live on with the Wii incarnation. The following games sit at a $60+ auction rate. Luckily the Virtual Console will allow people who didn't have the opportunity to play these games, a chance to experience them for the first time, without breaking your wallet.
11/30/06 More Wii on Sunday
Numerous reports have confirmed that a large portion of Circuit City's will be getting a new shipment of Nintendo Wii's this coming Sunday. The mole is an employee to the store.
I myself asked a Wal-Mart home entertainment associate what time they would be getting their next shipment, and his answer concurred with that of the Circuit City mole. I have had a change of heart, and am seeking a Wii for Christmas. Whether I get TP for GCN or Wii is still contested. I will not get the Wii until Christmas, where I can ask for the next-gen Twilight Princess, and not spend any money. Or I can stay current generation, pay with my own money, and get it early on December 11th. It will all be determined if I can obtain a Wii before that date.
11/18/06 The Time Is Now!The wait is over folks. At Midnight around the country, the Nintendo Wii is making it's way into the hands of anxious gamer's everywhere. The make things even sweeter, Twilight Princess is launching side-by-side with the next generation console. It was last April when we decieved into the believing that this game was making it's appearance, but the wait it over. Unfortunely will not be getting a Wii this holiday, but TP will be in my Gamecube by years end.

11/17/06 HadJo Plays a Wii
At my local EB games I was able to get my hands on a Nintendo Wii for the first time, via a kiosk set up with Excite Truck.
Take it from me, the Wii is for real. I had a very involving and overall great time during my first every experience. The controls are responsive: vital for a motion sensing interface. I didn't get a whole lot of time with it, but I enjoyed the what little time I did have. Boy it's going to be great next year when I can get one of the these for my self.
11/17/06 Playstation 3 Makes It Way Into the Hands of Eager Fans
I don't like the odds for the PS3. Seriously, when you look at them with an honest disposition there truly doesn't seem to be any sort of chance for it. Blu-Ray will emmently fall flat, courtesy of Sony and BMG's rights to the format, paving the way for HD-DVD and the Xbox 360. It just lacks the hooks of it's next generation counterparts, the Xbox's all around value and live, and the Wii's intuitive "pick up and play" nature.
Nevertheless, fanboys and eBay exploiters lined up at retailers throughout the United States the past week in hopes of garnering the expensive item. Today was the day of reckoning for the PS3, as it made it's way into the hands of these rabid customers. The extremely limited allotment will no doubt get blood boiling for those left out. Good job Sony, way to go!
11/16/06 First Twilight Princess Wii Reviews Surfacing
Personally I do not want to
read any of these, so I can make fair judgement of the game for myself, but I did glance at the ratings.
See for yourself.
11/15/06 HadJo Finishes Resident Evil 4Recently deciding to re-pick up the thriller, I have finally overtaken Sadler and the Gradas in Resident Evil 4 for the Gamecube.
When I first say the praise the game was receiving I was a tad skeptical, but after finishing this epic I can do no less than agree with them. RE4 is something that must be experienced by all gamer's young and old, you won't regret it (but you might be scared).
10/2/06 Wii Channel Pics in English
Yahoo Games UK was able to snag some screenshots of the new Wii Channels in English. Nintendo has stated that they wished for Television Channels to be the theme here. An iTunes look is also apparent.
[More]10/1/06 Zelda Knights Makes RevivalReturning from a 6 month hiatus, ZKnights is back in action with a new layout, new orginazation, new pages, and a streamlined feel about it. Just in time for TP, ZKnights is picking itself back up, in hopes of a revival around the freewebs community. A continous stream of new pages and features will be in the future.
9/14/06 Nintendo Unveils Refined Controls for Zelda Wii
In the midst of it's final tweaks and testing, Twilight Princess seems to have taken full advantage of it Wii-Mote control scheme. According to IGN, Iwata and company released a new demo of the game, utilizing the new controls.
Fishing has become even more engaging, replicating the real life action with the upmost intuitiveness. Also the Wii-Mote can now be used in the action of swinging Link's sword. The additions sound great, and should further the experience of TP on Nintendo's next-gen console.
