One hosts all of my activity charts, motivational calendars, tips on being successful with weight management, & random ramblings. The other focuses on my adventures with running. Oh, in 2008 & 2009, I made a few cooking videos featuring a few of my favorite lower calorie takes on some of the foods that I didn't want to give up during my weight management journey.
