Welcome to The Writing Desk. This is a site for all writers. Where we can all learn to express ourselves through writing- and show our unique way of thinking.

Each and every person on earth has the ability to WRITE. Writing is a beautiful thing, because not only are you entertaining and teaching yourself, but others as well.

Whether you choose to write your stories by hand or type them, write fiction or non fiction, write poetry or stories, or whatever else it doesn't matter.

I think the biggest value for us writers is that we enjoy watching people read our creations. We want to know what others think of our writing. I know I have expierienced this many times. Writers want other people to praise what they've written. Everyone will have their own opinion.

That is what this site is for. Its for writers to get a look at what others think, for them to enter their own writings, and for them to get encouragment and tips. This is a quiet, wonderful spot where you can concentrate on the thing all authors love: WRITING.

Please look around. And comment on this site, and other people's writing as much as you can. Remember how eager you get when no one comments on your writing. Give everyone a fair share of comments and really share your thoughts.
