Well this band has been in the works since early 1998 when us 4 guys decided to start a band and everyone picked up a instrument first Andrew with guitar then Joe with bass then walter picked up guitar and Dave was lagging some ass so finnaly in October of 2003 The Up Tops were formed and since then picking up some songs here in there being lazy and shit so look out for us in your town soon....!
