The reason we use the name:
The United Satanic Empire
is for the purpose of bringing all the Satanists of the world under one banner, in an effort to unite and put our views and beliefs out as one body instead of many splinter groups. As one united group we belive that the truth can finnally come out and be understood. This way the other churches can no longer say that we are just a handful of small groups. This is to let them know that we are here and we are here to stay! This will also go to show how we reject the fanatics that would do harm to people and taint the real values of the Almighty Lucifer.
All religious faiths have fanatics that are always on the look out to do harm to people and try destroy other faiths. History is full of religious fanatics from ALL faiths, who use the reason of religion to cause death and harm to man and his religious values.

Tax burden
We as a church will not apply for any type of Tax Exemption!
As we feel that all churches and religious organizations do in fact make a profit, and by doing so they operate like a business.
All businesses need to and should pay taxes.
We offer as evidence the fact that they are always expanding and are in posession of valueable property and artifacts, and just look at their fancy buildings, cars, jets, homes, and bank accounts!
Without making a profit they would not be able to afford to purchase these things. Therefor we request they all pay taxes just like everyone else and evey other business that makes a profit!
On January 5,2007, we met with the Mayor and Chief of Police here in our Empires Capital. The outcome of this meeting was very favorable. They understood and accepted everything we had to say about our church. We are looking forward to working with these officials in the future. They expressed their concerns and we responded to all their concerns openly and honestly. We want to thank the Mayor and the Chief of Police for meeting with us and keeping an open mind.

We wish for all to understand why we challenge the lagitimacy of any Pennsylvania State recognized goverment empowerment of any kind. There is no such thing as the State of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is a Commonwealth! As far as we can tell right now only two authorities are legal. Thes are the Commonwealth Constibles and your local Election boards as they both get their power from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We therefor will not recognize and thing that gets it's authority from the State of Pennsylvania. This applies to eveything from the Govenor, State Legislature, Counties, Cities, School Boards, and any Policing Agency, including Judges, Magistrates, and the Pennsylvania State Department of Corrections. If you are arrested or held in any jail system not empowered by the Commonwealth, it is an ILLEGAL false arrest, ILLEGAL sentence as there are no Commonwealth Judges, and it will and is an ILLEGAL detention. We ask you to fight this all the way to the United States Supreme Court, since the State of Pennsylvania in all in some peoples imagination.
The resoan for this challenge is as follows. The Lycoming County Sherriff decides what is allowed in the courthouse and what is not. He claims that a piece of religious jewelery worn by one of our founders can be used as a weapon. Well people wearing crosses can use them as weapons. Who knows, a radicial christian could realize one of us and take their cross off and stab one of us in the neck or eye causing physical injure. But this is OK if one of our safety is in danger!!!! Therefor no religious jewelery should be allowed if even one piece of religious jewelrey is denied. After all The United States Federal Courthouse does not see this piece as a weapon as they have never required it to be removed to gain access to their public building. So why is the county courthouse and more important than the federal courthouse? Also an employee of the security company hired by the county commissioners, by way of issueing a a threat of physical violence did tell one of our leaders to shut up or she would have them escorted from the public building! When she was asked for her name so a complaint could be filed against her, she refused to give her name. When we asked the Lycoming County Sherriff for the information under the freedom of information act, he passed the buck to the county commissioners, who after several attempts were made for under the same request told us to put the request in writting, and they would let me know in five business days IF they are going to honor our request. We think they are trying to find a way to cover their butt for blatant attempt to deny freedom of speech and religion in their PUBLIC building!!!!!!!! After all Police Officers have to give you their name and badge number if you ask them for it, so why is a woman who works for a security company in a public building, at the metal detecter any better than a REAL Police Officer who risks his/her life everyday while she hides behind a metal detecter?
