LAYOUT 2

This one was called layout 1 as well, but it wasn't. It had Johnny Depp in the main picture, and the writing just said "The Unique Me", which makes sense as its the name of my site. The main colour in this layout was green, and the picture was very very stupidly big.

LAYOUT 3

This one I haven't called anything due to the fact that I was very confused about what to call it. I think I'm calling it layout 3. I don't care if it isn't though. Its pink and green, and has Miranda Otto in it (again...). It also has pictures of a clapperboard, and a film camera, giving it a movie theme. And the original wasn't jpeg-ised. I used contrasting colors for this one, because I was bored of the harmonizing colors of the other layouts, and also because I thought it would look cool. And it did (although you needed sunglasses to view it properly).

LAYOUT 3.2 Christmas edition

This is the Christmassy version of layout 3. It uses the two tone effect again, red and green this time, and has christmas pictures instead of film ones. If anyone wants to know, the heart thing is a traditional Danish tree decoration, in which you put lots of lovely sweets.

LAYOUT 3.3 Tenement Funster

This is the third (including the Christmas one) version of layout three. It features Roger Taylor, the drummer from Queen, and the lyrics to one of his songs, Tenement Funster. The lyrics read "my new purple shoes, bin amazin' the people next door / and my rock 'n' roll 45s bin enragin' the folks on the lower floor". The other pictures are of a purple shoe, and an old Queen record. This one is another contasting colors one, this time using yellow and purple (yellow for the sombrero, purple because of Tenement Funster).

LAYOUT 4 Constant dreams of you

Bored of layout 3, which had cool contrasting colours that I had tired of long ago, I decided to make a new layout. It was orignally Queen, but I scrapped that because, well, it was green, and I hate green. So then, after getting totally hyped up about Pride and Prejudice, I set about making my layout proper. The picture is of Lizzie and Darcy. I noticed that Lizzie had a teensy tiny sly smile, and then I thought of Darcy in the lake, so I made her be daydreaming about him basically in order to crowbar in a (by Victorian standards) (pride and prejudice is not set in victorian times, but the entirely different Regency period. I was a n00b, kk?) practically naked Darcy. Which explains the 'Dreaming of You' part. So the sensible thing to do would be to call the layout 'Dreaming of You', but I needed some sort of lyrics or text to fill a gap, and rather than using 'Dreaming of You' by the Coral, I was listening to 'Here There and Everywhere' by the Beatles, which I decided was beautiful and so used the lyrics to that. And the irony in my scrapping of the Queen layout? This one turned out green too. But in fairness, green actually suits it.
The fonts I used in this layout were JaneAusten, Garamond, and a little bit of MS Mincho, in a stunning break from my grunge/eroded fonts of the past.

LAYOUT 5 In Spite of all the Danger

I decided to use iFrames, because i got fed up of scrollbars. I did Dr Who, because I am minorly obsessed with the new series. Nice.
It was about to be bleak house, to the point of ACTUALLY making the picture, but like i said, bored of scrollbars. This layout features the lyrics of 'In spite of all the danger', a song by the Beatles. (sort of like layout 4, only with iFrames). Font used was Gino School Script. This was the last layout I made with my trusty PSP6 and my old computer. I can't say I miss the random crashing, but...i miss that old heap of metal...

LAYOUT 6

Ok, I tried iFrames and didn't like them. Mostly because my frames were too small to y'know, put stuff in. So, I went back to my wonderful sidebar system, BUT put it on the other side :o! Also, to stop the scrollbars i stopped fixing the size. HAHA! Made using my shiny new PSP 8! With some shiny fourth doctor pictures because I was being obsessive. I used green (but don't I hate green?) as the main color, so it will drive me insane quickly. YAY! No lyrics on this one, not even a groovy title. Font used is Carnivalee Freakshow from 1001fonts.com. The design of this layout was a little bit inspired by the lovely layout at The One and Only Doctor Number Four /)_(\

LAYOUT 6.2

After finally getting 750 visitors I said I'd make a new layout. Even though I loved the old one. Anyway, this is my thrid doctor who layout. I am not obsessed. I am not obsessed. I am not obsessed. I can't decide if this is layout 6.2 or 7, because its pretty much the same as the last layout only greyer. I think I quite like this one. Its the fourth doctor and Sarah Jane, and has a nice picture of the TARDIS. The text is 'I've always been chasing rainbows', a line from 'Hugging My Grudge' by the awesome 'The Boy Least Likely To'. The font used is Carnivalee Freakshow from 1001fonts.com (again).

LAYOUT 7

Ok, so the last layout was for 750 visitors - I've now had nearly 1500. And it hasn't even been that long since I put the last layout up - February this year. Wow. Anyway, this is now my fourth Doctor Who layout. It features the First Doctor's first companions, Ian and Barbara, who were made of win. And I finally got to use the lyrics I'd been wanting to use for ever - from "Hugging My Grudge" (again). Its sort of pinkish, which is a colour I hate, but it makes a really nice change from green, blue and grey. I made it to look like the livejournal 'Smooth Sailing' style, because its one I really like. And it took ages to code. The font used is good ol' Garamond, and the background is a pattern by gender.
