The Health of America

Looking at the health of Americans disgusts me. Everyone is obese, has cancer or some kind of disease, smokes, drinks, etc. Every generation of children there is born, the worse their health is. Did you know, that you can change? That you can get healthy? It doesn't involve doctors, prescriptions, or drugs. Let me ask you this? Why do you think you are obese? Why do you think you have cancer? It is because you aren't healthy. I don't mean physically in shape (but that is part of it). You and many other Americans are not healthy because of your diet. You are what you eat, that is more true then you can imagine. I am not gonna go into a whole lot of detail so google or get some books at the library on fruit fasting, juice fasting, and vitamin c. If you do and decide to change your diet, you will be changing your whole life.

What Can I Do?

There are many steps to getting healthier. One step is to order capsules of vitamin c. Find out what your limit of vitamin c is by taking as many as you can a day till you get diarrhea. The longer it takes to get it, the less healthier you are. You might get it sooner then you would before though because your body isn't used to it. Take a lot everyday. This will improve your health dramatically. If you get an allergic reaction or are starting to get sick, etc. pop a bunch of vitamin c down. It can stop the reaction all together if you take it soon enough. When you are sick take it. One lady with some type of cancer took about 100 1,000 mg capsules a day for a period of time and it cured her. The things it can do are amazing. Truly, truly amazing.

 

Fruit or juice fasting is another good way. I'm telling you now that it takes a lot of will power. I am thirteen and  I HAVE that will power. Most adults don't. Do you? I have down juice fasting before and have done fruit fasting, too. It works miracles. What is fruit fasting? It's going for a period of time (long or short) of only eating fruit. It is not to try to lose weight and it is not starving yourself. You can eat as much as you want! But the only difference is, it's fruit. Juice fasting is faster but is much, much harder.What you do is get a juicer and get juicy fruit like watermelon or apples (these are the best two for juice fasting) and stick it through a juicer. Don't add anything except maybe vitamin powder, etc. Stir it well and drink it quickly. Some people like the taste. It's not one of my favorites but it is most certainly not disgusting. Once you are done fruit/juice fasting, you must ease your way back into normal food. Don't immediately pile a bunch of food into your dody or it will ruin the whole purpose and make you sick, too. Try eating fruit all day till dinner and then maybe have a salad for dinner. Then the next day, eat fruit for breakfast and then maybe have a salad for lunch and brown rice and veggies for dinner. Then the next day, go ahead, and eat whatever but no meat for a while and keep it healthy. Juice/fruit fasting isn't a one time thing and BAM! All your problems are gone. It's a process that take time to eliminate all your body's wastes that you do gradually and repeatedly over time. I promise you that you will be healthier if you can do these simple things.

 

One last important thing. Try to get rid of junk food in your house. In other words, don't stock doughnuts, doritos, chips, ice cream, junky crackers and cookies, everywhere all the time. Don't eat sugary cereals and dry drinking soy or rice milk instead of regular milk. My dad only buys that stuff occasionally. Try eating natural or organic foods. Another really great thing about getting yourself free of all things unhealthy, is not only you feel healthy and guilt-free, you also save money. =D
