"Forgive & be Free. Forget that you have forgiven & be Freer"
Here is an exercise I ask my students to complete. They always report to me that this exercise substantially increases the clarity and volume of their intuition. This is an extremely powerful way to open up any blocked or shrunken chakras, and I highly recommend it. Anyone can feel more at peace and more energixed through the process of forgiveness. This process reminds me of throwing off weights when riding in a hot air balloon so that you can go higher up. Old anger, fear, and resentment are dead weights that slow us and drian our vitality. Perhaps you have some weight that you can throw over the side of your hot air balloon right now. When you forgive the world-including yourself-you become lighter and much less fearful.
This process takes about 15 to 30 minutes to complete, and believe me, it is a worthwhile time investment. Many clients report that this single exercise immediately transforms their lies in powerfully positive ways. Only humans hold onto grudges and hurt. Let it go and be angelic!
1. Know the benefits of forgiveness
Forgiveness is different from saying "I lose" or "I was wrong and you were right". It is different from letting someone off the hook for a perceived wrong. Forgiveness is simply a way of freeing your spirit and become an unlimited being. Peacefulness, increased energy, spiritual clearing, raised vibration and spiritual growth are the prizes, and forgiveness is the price. To me, it's a bargain.
2. Take a forgiveness inventory
Write the name of every being, living or deceased, who has irritated you. Most people find that they have a three- or four-page list, and are able to suddenly remember names of people they hadn't thought about in years. Some people even put down names of pets who irritated them, and almost everyone writes their own names somewhere on the list.
3. Release and forgive
In a solitary room where no interruptions are possible, go down the list one name at a time. Hold the image or name of each person in your mind and tell him or her "I forgive and I release you. I hold no grudges and hurts back. My forgiveness for you is total. I am free and you are free."
4. Do nightly releasements
Every evening before retiring, do a mental review of the day. Is there anyone you need to forgive? Just as you probably wash your face every night, it's also important to cleanse your consciousness nightly so that resentment won't accumulate.

Non - Judgement
To judge is to separate.
To judge is to hurt yourself.
To judge is to strengthen the ego.
To see things as they really are is the vision of the awakened one.
Treat others how you want to be treated
Judge others and you shalll be judged
Practise non -judgement,
' Today I will judge nothing, this will help me become still'
- try it first for 30 mins, 1hr, 2 hours, Day, week etc,
The logical reasoning behind non-judgement
As soon as you judge someone you are saying that you are better or worse that that person / thing. You are saying something is good or bad.
You are analysing somebody / something based on your conditioned values and beliefs. You are assuming you are right.
Afterall you could be wrong (and often are).
Just say to yourself that that person is on their own path / journey.
JUST ACCEPT.
IT IS LIKE THIS NOW!!
'People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones'
Don't judge others, sort yourself out!
Likewise it follows that if somebody judges you, you should not get upset / angry / emotional / aggressive. Don't worry what they think. They have a different personality / view point now. They could be wrong. However they could be right so treat them with respect but don't get ego involved.
BE INDEPENDENT OF THE GOOD OPINION OF OTHERS
Lose the need for approval of others, lose the ego, the false self image.
'let the one without sin cast the first stone!!'
Use discernment instead of judgement

Gratitude can be likened to a true smile. It is virtually impossible to have negative thoughts when you have a smile on your face! It lightens your heart and simply feels good.
The practice of gratitude is life empowering. It can change the way you feel about yourself and life’s events. With the attitude of gratitude you can change the state of your consciousness. You move out of reactionary emotions and take charge of your personal energy. It is much like this: Picture yourself in the center of a big balloon. When you are experiencing gratitude your balloon is full and expanded¾ you feel alive, healthy and¾ you are a healing presence. When you are having negative thoughts and feelings your balloon deflates and you feel drained, out of sorts, heavy and without vitality. Your energy has leaked away and you have given your personal power to someone or something. The quality of your life is a result of what you focus on. The practice of focusing on all that you "have" amplifies and enriches the experience of everyday living. The word "practice" as defined by Webster's dictionary means, "systematic exercise for the purpose of acquiring skill or proficiency". Like anything else, gratitude requires practice and discipline. There are many ways you can incorporate the practice of gratitude into our life. You can begin with simple practices that develop gratitude. Gratitude is a choice. It is a choice to see things differently. When choosing to be grateful you are focusing on all the things that are good or right in your life as opposed to the things that are not. Focus acts like a magnet; you attract those things on which you focus. By focusing on the things you are grateful for, you give those aspects of your life more power. Your world begins to feel more full and alive. How do you get to a place of gratitude? Gratitude requires that you open your heart. Try this exercise: Close your eyes and gently bring your attention to the center of your chest. This is called the heart center. Focus on the rising and falling of your chest as you breathe in and out. Think about the things in your life that bring you happiness and joy such as special people, your home, your garden, the birdsong, whatever it is that warms your heart. If you cannot think of anything specific then visualize a beautiful field of flowers or a smiling child. As you focus on these things you may begin to feel warm and calm. You are now in a state of gratitude. In learning the practice of gratitude, you do not need something to be grateful for, only the desire to feel grateful. You can learn gratitude by thinking of things for which you are thankful and eventually we move into awareness that just being and experiencing life is enough. Then you are projecting gratitude and love from an open heart each moment. Centering in Gratitude Let's learn some ways to practice gratitude. Begin by setting aside quiet moments of reflection. This is a time to quiet the mind of all its "to do" lists and endless chatter. View it as a search mission. Examine your day and seek out all the things for which you are grateful. Move beyond the material blessings and look at your relationships, the splendor in nature, the way in which music moves your soul. Move even deeper, and you will find that even your challenges have made you stronger. Use a journal to express your deepest thoughts and moments of gratitude. Writing truly brings things to the surface and allows you the privacy and intimacy of a quiet, non-judgmental listener. This will be a place you can turn to when you feel troubled or agitated and by reading the words you have written, you will be able to re-open your heart. Another way is to take a walk and focus your attention on the trees, the colors, and the textures. Notice the birds, listen to the sounds of their song, and the sound of the breeze blowing through the trees. Feel the ground beneath you. Are you more peaceful and calm? By observing with conscious awareness you move into gratitude. The mere act of conscious and intentional observation and appreciation is an expression of gratitude. Create affirmations that will help remind you to focus on gratitude. An example would be: Another way to express gratitude to yourself and others might be to write a thank you note to someone for sharing in your life. Appreciating other people brings you and them joy. Spend some time focusing on your attitude. Observe your feelings as they make themselves known to you. Are you feeling drained, irritable, or just plain frustrated? Imagine how you might be able to change the moment by using an attitude of patience and open heartedness toward yourself and others. Then try gratitude. Gratitude brings us to the place of giving and receiving. Gratitude acknowledges our receiving of abundance, and, in and of itself becomes an act of giving back to the Universe. Abundance then becomes a natural byproduct of gratitude. How is that possible? How does it suddenly appear? Quite simply ... it was always there! We just had not been able to see it. Gratitude is becoming consciously aware of all that is there for us in life, and then acknowledging the gift. This aligns us with the Universal principle that giving is the same as receiving. In graciously receiving the gifts that life provides us, we give back the gift of gratitude. Show and express your gratitude and you will see that your life is a beautiful string of miracles!!
The protection of this crystal triangle which you create by your own mind and will, is of a mineral substance, because your physical form is of a mineral substance, and the purity of the mineral of the crystal created synthesizes the radiating rays of energy passing in and out of the sides of the crystal – this brings harmony and peace to the form within, with the environment and those around you.
The triangle will protect you from outside negative influences, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It will enhance your opportunities to expand and protect the increasing sensitivity at the same time. It is insufficient to just surround yourself with white light of other psi shields. You don't have to sit and meditate, just visualize the triangle around you and affirm,"I'm in my crystal triangle". It is of a crystal substance within the etheric plane.
*Note: The Triangle needs to be set several times a day for the first three months, then twice a day for another three months, and daily thereafter. The protection of the Triangle becomes quite solid after continuous practice for twelve months, but still needs to be set daily for the rest of your life.

Exercise: Allow a molecule of pure white light to form in front of you. Place the molecule of light at your feet. See it slowly expand outwards to form the shape of a triangle, large enough for you to sit or stand in, and strong enough to hold your weight. From each corner of the triangle, draw up a line, bringing them in to form the apex of the triangle at least 30cm above your head, so that your soul star will be enclosed. This Triangle contracts and expands as you move, is not restrictive in any way, and is large enough to encompass all of your bodies. Adjust your triangle so that the base is at least 30cm below your feet, enclosing your earth-star. Fill each plane of your triangle with clear quartz crystal. Ask your Master or Guide (or the Universal Creative Force of Love and Light) to join you at the apex of your triangle. Visualise this as a ball or ellipse of Light. Feel the rays of pure Golden Light pour down from your Master or Guide. Fill your triangle completely with his/her Love and Light. Feel it permeate through every cell and atom of your being. Affirm that the crystal triangle protects you from all negativity as all that passes in through the sides of the three dimensional walls are automatically harmonized and uplifted with Light and Love. You move through all places bringing Light and Love, according to the Will of God and the Laws of Nature. By Master EK | |
