History
The Spartan Clan was formed in August 2003 by Mokon. It is based on the ancient polis of Sparta, drawing its organization and concepts(ranks within the clan) from Sparta. Currently the only games we cover as Age of Mythology by EnsembleStudios, and Empires: Dawn of the Modern World, by Stainless Steel Studios.
Organization
Ephors - There are five Ephors. They are appointed by a vote of the Gerousia and they serve until resignation or impeachment. Their role in the Spartan Clan is to oversee its alliances and political matters. The Ephors also vote on whether to allow Perioikoi into the Assembly.
Kings - The two kings in the Spartan Clan are the two best overall players in Gerousia. They oversee the Gerousia. The Kings also vote on whether to allow Perioikoi into the Assembly
Gerousia - The thirty members of the Gerousia are elected by the assembly. They appoint who, in the Homoioi, will play in tournaments, they promote Homoioi into the assembly and they assist in political and diplomatic matters. The Gerousia is not required to be full. The requirements for membership in the Gerousia are that you are a member of the assembly and that you have shown outstanding skill in computer games and/or outstanding membership qualities.
Assembly - The assembly are voting members of the clan. In order to be in the assembly you must be a Homoioi or a Perioikoi that has been with the clan for more than three month, showing the required qualities for membership. Homoioi must be appointed to the assembly by a vote of the Gerousia. Perioikoi must be appointed to the Assembly by a vote of the Ephors and Kings.
Homoioi - The Homoioi are members of the clan with a ranking of 1800 or higher on ESO. These people will play in leagues and clan tournaments.
Perioikoi - The Perioikoi are members of the clan with a ranking of 1700 or higher on ESO.

The skill levels in each of these should be equally distributed. The most members a Seusidia can have is 15. Currently Seusidia are not in use since the clan is not large enough to support them.
