Are you in need of any hair or makeup services?  My daughter and I very experienced stylists with hair. We will come to you

 $30 for simple updos and styles:  Braids, French twists, Blow outs, How many?___

 $60 for complicated updos and styles:.  (This is usually the bride).  Added hairpieces, accessories, etc. How many? ___

Makeup: $10 per person. How many? ___


Already have a hairdresser for the Bride.  Offer the groom and groomsmen a specialty!

Rent out Platinmum Barbertshop in Chichester NH for 2-3 hours before your event. ​ It may be her day but you are in the photos too!  Let us help you look your best. ​ We can do this after normal shop hours or during regular business hours.  We require a $50 deposit and request a minimum of 4 people attend.
Prices:
 $25 per person
for haircut includes all the regular services involved with a haircut.
$50 per person for haircut and hot towel shave combination.   
This package can be a mix of services if two people want only a haircut and 2 want a combo, we can do that.  The prices include pizza and beer.  We will plan on a one topping pizza (your choice) estimating 3 slices each with 2 beers maximum for safety reasons.  If you want a more expensive pizza, the price will go up accordingly.  If anyone in your party is under 21, they will get root beer or a soft drink of their choice. We will try our best to have both barbers present depending on party size.  The price does not include tip.

Contracts

Sample Wedding Planner Contract Agreement

 

This Agreement Statement that follows you filling out the questionnaire that highlights what you expect for my professional role in helping you plan your Wedding/Event

 

It is my understanding that you will retain me as a Professional event consultant and Day of Coordinator on_______________________________________

 

Description of Services

$1500 As consultant my role includes:  Consultation with you via telephone and email

 Assistance in budget determinations and bread down as needed

 Discussion of theme, color, style and complete event design

 Research of wedding professionals in each category that fits your event style and budget and to   

    Provide you with suggestion and guidance in making the final selections

Attendance at vendor appointments of your choice

Up to 40 hours of professional in person, phone or email  consultation time throughout the   

     planning process

$1000 As a Event Day Coordinator my duties include:  

  Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to event

   Development of a detailed event timeline and floor plan for contracted vendor and event party

  Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before event  day

  On site coordination and supervision at the event for up to 5 hours on the day of event.

  Providing an additional event manager on site the day of the event

 

Please note that the service listed above do not include running any event related errand such as picking up or delivering attire supplies or equipment or documents etc.

 

As the client, you will rely on me to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill my obligation under this agreement.

 

Conditions

  • I understand that my role will be that of advisor and coordinator.  You will make the actual  selections of service providers and I will implement those selections.

  • You will make payments directly to the service providers/ vendors and not to me.  I do not accept any commissions from the recommended vendors and can not guarantee any service provider’s performance or product.  If a litigation occurs, it occurs in the jurisdiction where my office is located and the winning party will be reimbursed for attorney and legal fees and court fees.

 

  • It is your responsibility to notify me of any changes in a timely manner.  I shall not be held   

  liable for any change made by you or your selected service providers.

  • It is your responsibility to provide me with contact names and telephone numbers and any scheduled timetable for all service provider involved in the event not later than 30 days before the event and preferably upon approval of hire.

  • II will use my professional judgement when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, non performance, etc.  based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes.

  • In the event, a venue coordinator is on site, I will work with your and the coordinator as needed

Fees and Payment Schedule

 For my services you will pay me a total of $   2500.00   Payment will be made as follows:

 

 A non refundable retainer in the amount of $ 1000.00 upon signature of the letter of agreement.

 $ 500.00  due on  Two months before Event

 $ 1000.00 due ten days prior to event day.

Term/ Termination

This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services require by this letter of agreement.

 

Changes/ Cancellations

Any changes made to this letter of agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties.  You may cancel the event in this agreement in writing, for any reason.  If the event is canceled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in  excess of ununsed or non-refundable fees and out of pocket expense . If you cancel less than 30 days before the event- except for the death of a member of your immediate family, there will be no refund.  If the event is not canceled at all, there will be no refund.

 

Acts of God

If an act of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity shall cause your to cancel your event, I will require payment only for the time actually spent planning your event.
